"Fight! Fight! Fight!" The crowds roared. A large, muscular man seated at the top of a throne did a thumbs down and the crowd cheered again. In the center of the chaos, a large dragon was now circling the wounded troll. Then everything disappeared in a burst of flame and smoke. The dragon was then chained up and brought down into a corridor that dotted the sides of the arena. The trolls burned body followed. This was the Colosseum. Basic Plot-- This is a roleplay simply were a large group of mystic animals, people and other such things are being kept under the Colosseum. And soon they will be brought up to the arena where they must fight to the death. Any sort of creature is welcomed in the prison, pixies, centaurs, dragons, kitsune, even hybrids. For creatures such as the dragon and hybrids, they are able to transform into humans. Romance is welcomed, blood is encouraged. And I'd prefer that, if you join, you have more then one character since one will most likely die... And... yea, that's about it.
WANRING: Mature Conent may appear!!!!! I have no clue, but I do encouraged a lot of blood and drama, so yea...People who have joined and their characters-- -;;Tsuki with Rubyy the fox hybrid and Jaffer the dragon/human -;;Dark Insanity with Serif, the hybrid -;;Blaze with Khan the human/hawk
First Post--Rubyy padded back and forth in the cell, her dark red tail sweeping back and forth. She growled whenever one of the humans passed her, throwing food at her. She refused to eat anything more than what she could survive on.Jaffer sat lazily in the corner of a larger cave. Rubyy was considered more dangerous then himself, so he was kept with others. Unlike Rubyy, whenever food came his way he gobbled it up hungrily. He swept his large, dark blue tail around the large pile of meat and brought it close to him, devouring it in a few moments.

"Mighty fine, might fine" a voice repeated, stroking the golden brown fur of Serif. The fingers intertwined themselves with the golden locks, pulling ever so softy on the mane of the big beast. The would tug once, twice, then a third time, determining the strengths of the fur. And Serif just stood there, letting his fur be pulled. There was not a lot he could do, it was like he was on lock down. Chains tightly around his neck, straps on his legs holding his down, even his snake like tail was tied to the ground. He couldn't budge an inch.
"He would be perfect for the Coliseum." the voice said, as he handed over some money to his use to be trainer. The straps came undone from his eagle like back legs, then were released from his loin like front legs. A collar and a leash, and soon he was being pulled into a dark, smelly, chamber. Cells all around him, each containing different animals, some would snap, while others would whine. His new home.
He was shoved into a pin with one other animal. A female, wolf/fox mixed, and was pacing around madly in his opinion. Sefir stood staring at her so a while, the large monster, staring at her with his brown eyes never flickering. Then Sefir lost interset, found a coner and curled up, putting his snake tail over his pink nose, ignoring the outside life.
<Sorry for the shortness of it>

A young man sat on his small bed, whipping the blood of his knives. His entire body was covered in blood. I wasn't easy work jumping in a troll's stomach and tearing it apart. But that's what had to be done in order to survive. The Colosseum was a tough place, and only the best survive. Yeah, it sucks having your leg chaind to a wall, but at least there was exitement and adventure. Or so thought human/hawk Khan.
-<Cool....>-

<short? that wasn't short at all! thanks for joining~>
Rubyy glanced at the new arrival, Serif. She stood her wold pacing to examine him, to compare her skills with the hybrid animal. She was leaner, faster. But his snake tail, wings and lion claws would make any hit he got on her end the battle. She hissed, approaching him. Her darker wolf ears were pulled back along with her lips over her thin muzzle, showing her yellow-white teeth. You better not get in my way, she hissing, using her telepathic skills to communicate with her enemy.
Jaffer looked over at the his roommate, Khan. He got along fairly well with the hawk/human, but they did have their ups and downs.

<Could you tone down the blue a bit Tsuki?, it burns my eyes on the skin I am using>
Serif glanced up at his "room mate". He was sleeping couldn't she tell, it wasn't nice to bug someone sleeping. Especially if the person was bigger then you. He let out a growl, to warn her to stay away. This might have been her cage at first, but now it was there cage. And there was no way he would surrender, it just wasn't the way of his family. Giving up showed weakness, something Serif could never show.
"Why would you such a foolish thing?" he asked flipping over in his sleep. He didn't care much for her to tell the truth, she was like a tick on his toe. Something he could easily chew off, well hopefully. Even if she was stubborn, he wouldn't let it get to him. Serif was a calm hybrid, something you could really get under the skin off. He was also caught lazy when he wasn't fighting but the was a complete different story. And at the moment he was sleeping.
"Don't you know you are disrupting my sleep." snorted Serif. As lifted his wings up, stretched them, then laid them back down against his body. His snake like tail was hissing angrily at Rubyy, it was clearly mad. He brought that to that back of his mind, flipping over once more to get a better look at his "room mate". Serif some how knew he would be able to get to sleep just yet. This one sure did seem like a talker.

A shaggy bearded man paced lightly around a chained massive creature. The beast was clearly chained to the ground like most creatures at the coliseum ”Perfect. Magnificent. How much for this big beaute?” Came his ragged voice that sounded much like new chalk against a smooth chalk board. Behind the shadows, the shimmering white dragon gave another protesting growl as she struggled against the steel chains around her ankles, neck, wrist and even her withering tail. ”For Reighna, $10,000. Take care of her ok?” Came the voice of a second man, an older man with a shuddering voice. Yet as he spoke, the dragon was calmed and both men soon released her except for the silver chain around her neck, holding her down with the force of just the two of them. ”Ok, Reighna. Take care of youself. Change back please.”
The dragon blinked its mighty golden eye before nodding in submission. Slowly but surely the creature began to shrink until soon a human stood in the beast’s shape. The human was a young woman about the age of 16 or 17. She looked innocent enough as she stood silently, yet as she looked up with those dark depths called eyes, the two men instantly understood what she was trying to get though. Within her dark eyes were the mixed emotions of anger and resentment as well as worry and fear that co-existed perfectly. This was normal for she had been through these situations before and the old man nodded in understanding. He took a deep breath, holding the chain that served as her leash up at chest height. She stared at it for a moment as if she could burn it with laser beams that shot out from her eyes. Yet her attention soon turned over to the other man as he held up a bag of golden coins. With a shimmering, greedy glint in his eye, the two men quickly traded their objects that they held in their hands.
Reighna narrowed her eyes and quickly turned her head, pulling the chain lightly. However, the two men immediately walked in separate directions. The younger man grunted as he pulled her in his direction. ”Quickly now. Let’s go and get ready for your fight.” [/i] Reigh tried pulling away once again, yet the man was strong and as she watched her old master’s silhouette disappear through the only exit in this dark place- the exit that she wouldn’t be crossing soon. ”Oh please…” She murmured under her breath before soon giving up and following obediently. The man suddenly came to an abrupt stop as he cast a glance around the room. ”Hmm… In you go.”[/i] He opened a door to a large cage and roughly pushed the young dragon girl into it. Reighna glanced up, eyes tattered and tired. Apparently she wasn’t alone. As her eyes began clearing up once again she quickly spotted the two other creatures that were forced to live in these dirty cages. One was a hawk/human and the other seemed to be a dragon/human like herself. She took a slight step back, afraid that they may attack, yet soon she held no fear. She was small but she could change. With a growl she slowly began to shift back to her dragon form- a shimmering snowy white reptile, eyes as gold as the sun and tail as long as an adventurer’s whip. Her teeth glittered just as brightly as her scales as she bore them proudly. Reighna held a defensive pose. She wanted answers. Answers on where she was, why her master was here no more and why the shady man brought her here. [/blockquote]

Carmellia lay there on the cold cement floor, listening to the cage next to her- which happened to be, of course, the cage of Rubyy and Serif. Now, Carmellia happened to be quite the odd hybrid- a centaur, but a dragon instead of a horse. How that came to be is quite an interesting story.
Her father was the result of a centaur having offspring with a human- he carried the centaur gene, but it was dormant. Now, he of course fell in love with a lonely dragon with a birth defect, keeping her from growing to full dragon height, and therefore she could be killed easily by lions, tigers, the works. She could also communicate with little creatures- humans, centaurs, elves, fairies, pixies, trolls... And that is how she came to know Carmellia's father, who was a caring fellow and hated seeing living things in pain- his idea of pain of course, was very big. It ranged from physical injury to emotional injury, such as loneliness. So, of course, being a hero as always, they went on journeys together, and fell in love saving the world, etc. So Carmellia came to be. The whole saving the world thing is a whole 'nother story, however. So shall we get back to his young daughter's tale, the tale of one who feels the need to live up to his legacy?
So of course, a 'human' with centaur genes, how would that make a dragon centaur work? Well, Carmellia had horns on her head, wide nostrils, purple hair- the color of her mother's scales- and of course, she didn't have scales on all of her body. Some of it was dappled horse fur. And likewise for the tail- it was a dragon's tail, with black long hairs coming out of cracks between scales. The feet and talons were black like hooves, and rather stiff and hard to move.
And of course, Carmellia could breath fire. Unfortunately, only when she's angry. She had to insult herself before fights just to survive them. Otherwise she just made centaur noises. Same thing for her wings, except with fear- which was convenient since she was always afraid during the battles. She hated fighting to the death, because she hated killing. Like her father she hated seeing things in pain.
Three years it had been since Carmellia had been brought to this awful place, three long, painful years. She of course had scars from the first fights- the first one being the worst. It was a winged female tiger, who had raked her claws along Carmellia's left eye- rendering her half blind in the process. It had been so deep the scars were dark purple- forever bruised from broken veins. The others had simply been on her horse-dragon body, therefor fur grew over them after they scarred over.
But once again, back to the story. Carmellia was listening to the cage next to her- eavesdropping, rather. She had this odd telepathic ability that let her listen in on telepathic conversations, so she heard both sides of the 'conversation' going on. And she was trying her best not to die laughing. She hated hearing creatures in pain, true, but when they argued, oh how fun that was to hear. That was about the only practical use for her gift. So thats how she came to be eavesdropping on Serif and Rubyy.

<Sorry Dark!>
Jaffer turned his attention to the newest memember in the large cell. Grinning, he himself changed into a his human form, a tall, muscular man with eletric blue hair and sea green eyes. "Good morning," he said, holding out his hand. "Name's Jaffer. You?"
Rubyy snorted. You think you're all that, she hissed. But just you wait. When it's our turn in that arena, you're going down! Boy, she sure was confident. She stalked past him, glaring at the dragon/centaur hybrid.

Khan glanced up at the new arrival. 'Oh,come on!' he thought with a sigh. Another dragon/human hybrid. Khan extended a hand and said "Don't be scared. We... I won't kill you. Don't know about the other guy." He said with a smile, nodding his head at Jaffer. "I'm Khan. Hey, sorry about your owner." He couldn't help over hearing. Got to love hawk senses.

He big beast rolled his eyes. Another one would always bite the dust here, weather the thing thought so or not. And it really wasn't his fault that he was all that. "you might want to quiet the burning rage of yours." he noted to her. Sefir shook his head slightly, then stood up. He gave a quick glance to the ease dropping monster, it didn't really bother him though. They weren't talking about anything important.
Then out of the corner of his eyes, he saw her. The one girl he was put in charge of. The same girl he protected as a little kid. That dragon hybrid. "Rei." he muttered to himself happily, as he took a seat once a again, flicking his snake like tail over the ground.

Reighna took a slight step back as she narrowed her eyes at the other inhabitants in this very cage. They looked friendly enough yet she was cautious as always. If her master was here, she would cower behind him knowing he would deal with this situation. However, he wasn’t here, he was gone. The snowy white dragon took another step back, wincing lightly as the cold bars of the cage felt uncomfortably unpleasant against her scales. Now she looked desperate, her eyes searching an opening where she could escape back to the man who protected and fed her. But she found nothing. It was no use. She lowered her head and inspected the others once again. They both smiled at her, extending a warm welcome. Hm? Maybe they weren’t too bad.
As slow as before, Rei slowly changed her form back to the innocent little girl that served as her human appearance. Slowly but surely, Reighna extended her own hand, shaking slightly. ”M-My name’s Reighna.” She stammered, pushing back her silver- gold hair. Her eyes scanned him as she let go of his hand and turned her attention to the second creature. She gradually took his hand and shook it with a slight smile. ”I-It’s ok…” She murmured shaking her head. ”H-he’s g-gone now…” Rei was pretty sure of it. With a bag full of money, the man who had taken care of her for years was now gone. However, he wasn’t greedy. No. He was a kind old man who rarely treated Reighn too badly. He was rough enough with discipline yet he fed her and cared about her. But his recent decision worried her. Why’d he go? Why’d he just leave me here? Maybe it was for good intentions just because he needed money. Maybe that was the reason and Reighna made quick work in accepting it.
The dragon girl’s eyes suddenly widened as a familiar voice traveled throughout the room to her sensitive ears and almost immediately, Reighna turned her head to find the one dragon who insistently protected her throughout her childhood; a wide smile quickly spread upon her depression tattered face and her expression changed all the same. ”Serif!” She yelled quickly throwing herself to the side of the cage, fingers intertwining with the cage bars. ”Serif! Serif! It’s actually you!” She hadn’t seen this mighty male in quite a while and he was definitely a sight for sore eyes. She couldn’t believe it. It was him in all his usual laziness. She let out a laugh and pressed herself closer as if she could pass through the wall of steel. But it was nearly impossible. However, she was so filled with joy at this very sight, she took a step back and looked back at the others with a happy grin. ”I-I’m sorry.” Rai giggled shaking her head once again. ”I just didn’t expect to see much an old friend here in this terrible place.”
